Final payment is due 120 days before arrival for 2025, along with a $2,000 security deposit and $250 cleaning fee. The cancellation period is 120 days for 2025. Tennant will pay a transfer fee of $642.00 to HOA 30 days before arrival. All utilities are included, except the tenant pays for electricity if over $70.00 for the month.
