Welcome to the Barbados building.There was no damage from either hurricane. There are fabulous water views overlooking The intracoastal waterway on one side and the Antigua pool and Boca Ciega Bay on the other. This beautiful resort style 55+ community is home to 6 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 4 lighted tennis courts, separate men’s and women’s fitness centers, a 1.5 mile concrete seawall to stroll and watch the dolphins and manatees.There is also a clubhouse with a library, billiards, pingpong, and game rooms. There are shuffleboards and 24 hour guarded security. The Barbados building received a new roof in 2024.
There is a large balcony to enjoy that morning coffee with eastern exposure. New water heater in 2023, newer windows, blinds and storm shutters on all of the windows. There are lovely cross breezes in this spacious corner unit.
